At Jevina, we want all of your jewelry to fit precisely. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to make the return procedure as straightforward and fair as possible.
1. Who can send things back
We will accept returns if:
- You have 30 days from the date you receive the items to return them.
- The jewelry should be in satisfactory condition, free from permanent damage, dirt, or stains.
- If the item has some light signs of use, that’s fine, as long as it hasn’t been damaged, broken, or changed on purpose.
- You need to send the items back in their original packaging and with any extras that came with them, like bags, tags, and certificates.
Vital: We won’t take back products that are broken, missing vital parts, or severely worn.
2. Things You Can’t Give Back
- Things that are made particularly for you or that you can make your own.
- Things that are on sale or clearance.
- Items that were sent back after 30 days.
3. The steps to take to return
To start a return:
- Please contact support@jevina.store with your order number and the reason you want to return it.
- We’ll review your request and offer you shipping instructions and a return authorization.
- Please return the item using a trackable shipping method. Customers have to pay for return shipping unless the return is because we messed up (such as sending the wrong item or anything that was broken).
4. Rules for getting your money back
- We’ll email you when we receive the item back and look it over.
- Within 5 to 7 business days, refunds that have been approved will be returned back to the same payment method.
- Shipping expenses, even for speedier delivery, can’t be refunded.
5. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate the process.
6. Things that are broken or wrong
If you acquire a broken or erroneous item, please let us know within seven days of delivery. We’ll pay for the return shipping.
