At Jevina, we want every piece of jewelry you own to feel just right. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make the return process as simple and fair as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The jewelry should be in good condition, free from damage, dirt, or permanent stains.
  • Light signs of use are acceptable, provided the item has not been intentionally altered, scratched, or broken.
  • Original packaging and any included accessories (pouches, tags, certificates) should be returned with the product.

Note: We do not accept returns for items that are heavily worn, broken, or missing essential components.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Final sale or clearance products.
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window.

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  • Contact our support team at support@jevina.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll review your request and provide a return authorization along with shipping instructions.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (including expedited delivery) are non-refundable.
