We at Jevina think that getting your jewelry should be just as special as wearing it. That’s why we make sure each piece is made with care and arrives safely, on time, and with the care you deserve.

1. Where do we send

Jevina ships to all 50 states in the United States right now. We don’t ship internationally right now, but we’re working on making our designs available to people all over the world in the near future.

2. Time to process

We take the same attention with every order as we do with our products. Please allow us 1 to 3 business days to process your purchase before it is sent. You will get an email saying that your order is on its way.

3. Delivery Options and Prices

We have two easy ways to ship within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 5-7 business days after the package is sent. Great for people who don’t mind waiting a little.
  • Express shipping is $12.99 and takes 3-5 business days after shipment. Perfect when you need your piece right away because some things can’t wait.

Please keep in mind that delivery timings are only estimates and may change because of delays by the courier or other unexpected events.

4. Monitor your order closely

Tracking information is included with every order, so you’ll always know where your item is and when it will arrive to you. When your order ships, you will get an email with a link to track it.

5. Limits on shipping

We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside the U.S. right now. Please give us a real U.S. address during checkout so that we can deliver smoothly.
